Teens ages 12-18 can join us at the Library on Wednesday, December 15 at 6 p.m. to listen to local mental health professionals share tangible mental health practices. Teens will learn coping skills to help maintain balance during stressful times and build resilience in daily life. After the session, stay and celebrate all we have learned throughout the Adulting 101 series with pizza and fun! You must have participated in at least one session to register.
